Applying both business strategy and a futures/design-thinking lens, I have a passion for leading teams to think big picture, while navigating and orchestrating the cross-functional project plans to bring the strategy to life.
In my current role, I’ve led the Global CX transformation within Kimberly-Clark Professional, recognized and validated by both Gartner and Qualtrics as Best-in-Class B2B CX Program, exceeding target goals in both customer and employee metrics. My projects include emphasis on CRM, marketing strategy, process improvement, and technology enablement to improve customer experience.
My global experience includes work at Kimberly-Clark, The Coca-Cola Company and Amazon, and as a consultant and agency lead for brands like Toyota, Coca-Cola (Coke Zero, POWERADE, DASANI), Lowe’s, Wells Fargo, Hungry Howie’s Pizza, BMW, among others.
